I’m a full-time professional, a mom, a Ph.D. student, and a passionate baker. For me, baking is more than just a skill—it’s my sanctuary, my source of pure joy amidst the whirlwind of life. My experience in humanitarian and relief work, while fulfilling, often left me emotionally drained. But there was always one thing that brought me peace: feeding people delicious, handmade bread.

Every week, I carve out time to create small batches of wholesome, freshly baked sourdough—crafted with love and care. Where I come from, sharing bread isn’t just nourishing; it’s a gesture of love, happiness, and boundless generosity.

Inspired by beautiful memories and the joy of giving, I decided to turn my passion into something bigger. Lilies Micro Bakery was born to spread love and happiness through every loaf I bake, so I can nourish more people, create moments of joy, and, in turn, fill my own heart with happiness.
